Case No. 285 of 2016, registered for offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though they are named in the F.I.R but no specific allegation has been leveled against the petitioners and due to land dispute, the petitioners have been implicated in this case Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stating that there is a double murder and the witnesses have supported the prosecution case. Having heard learned counsel for both sides and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.983 of 2017 (2) dt.31-01-2017 2/2 in view of the allegations leveled against the petitioners, the prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioners is rejected. However, the petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail and the learned court below will pass appropriate order on the bail application of the petitioners without being prejudiced by this rejection order.
