The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 24.06.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12539 of 2015 by which he was allowed anticipatory bail with direction to surrender and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks but for the reasons stated in the modification petition, could not surrender within time, granted under the said order.
For the reasons stated in the modification petition, this modification petition is allowed and the time to surrender in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S.Case no. 186 of 2014, is extended by further four weeks from today and to that extent order dated 24.06.2015 passed in Cr.
