The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that during patrolling duty on receiving secret information, the police party reached at village Parsagop and intercepted two motorcycles on which six persons were sitting. Seeing the police party, they tried to run away but on chase four persons were apprehended, who disclosed their name as Raushan Kumar, Umesh Mahto (Petitioner), Ranjan Kumar and Sujit Kumar. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25164 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 possession arms and ammunition were recovered. From possession of petitioner one mobile phone was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.01.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
