1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for her appointment to the post of Sevika in Anganbari Centre No.183 under Gram Panchayat Brahmpura, DistrictMadhubani w.e.f. the date of selection in merit list.

This writ application is also filed for holding that

Patna High Court CWJC No.11481 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 the impugned non consideration of the case of the petitioner for her appointment to the post of Anganbari Sevika inspite of inclusion in the merit list at serial No.1 is illegal, arbitrary, malafide and without any lawful jurisdiction."

2. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
