No one appears for the respondent- Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

Petitioner in the present case is seeking the following directions:- "I. For directing and commanding the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to place her Tank Truck, for transportation of petroleum products, as the petitioner is transporter and was declared successful in the tender process (in technical bid as well as in financial bid) pursuant to NIT (Notice Inviting Tender) bearing NIT no. RCC/ERO/37/202223/PT-154, and accordingly Letter of Acceptance was issued and as directed petitioner had

II) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under law in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent no. 2 to look into the grievances of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision thereon within a stipulated period. It is submitted that the petitioner is not being allowed to place her Tank Truck for transportation of the petroleum products. In this regard, she has made request to the respondents through e-e-mail which has been enclosed as Annexure '6' to the writ application. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merit of the contention of the petitioner, this Court directs respondent no. 2 to look into the grievances of the petitioner, examine the same and take an appropriate view thereon within a period of one month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

This writ application stands disposed of.
