1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for quashing the order vide Memo No.2604 dt. 28.8.2019 issued under the signature of commandant BMP-2, Dehri by which the application of the Petition for appointment on compassionate ground, has been rejected on non- existent ground That this writ application is being filed for commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground to a suitable post due to death of his father who died

Patna High Court CWJC No.11439 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 in harness on 25.9.2016.

This writ application is also being filed for holding that the impugned order dt. 28.8.2019 and non- consideration of the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground due to death of his father in harness, are illegal, arbitrary and without any lawful justification."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
