Learned counsel for the appellants seeks withdrawal of instant memo of appeal with a liberty to raise the points before the learned lower Court regarding the event whereunder police case was found false and further, the dispute has been coloured with an ulterior motive to grab over the land belonging to the appellants, who happen to be next door neighbour. With the aforesaid liberty, instant memo of appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
