For the Petitioner/s :
Mr. Nishant Kumar Jha For the Opposite Party/s :
Mr. Sri Lalan Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party no.2 by order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.61165 of 2017.
The ground as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner for consideration is that the accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting the deceased by brick on his chest and other parts of the body.
This is no ground for cancellation of bail as the impugned order clearly indicates that the assault on the head of the deceased caused by another co-accused proved fatal, so the application is bereft of merit and the same stands dismissed. (Arun Kumar, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
