JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA) 13-09-2019 At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the appellant informs that defect no. 6(3) and 6(4) have already been removed and so far as defect no. 6(11) is concerned, since the matter relates to Single Judge, there is no need of second copy of memo of appeal and, therefore, the aforesaid defect should be ignored. It is further contended that so far as remaining defects are concerned, the said defects shall be removed within course of the day.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, defect no. 6(11) is ignored. The office should verify as to whether defect no. 6(3) and 6(4) have been removed or not and furthermore, the appellant is permitted to remove the remaining defects within
