Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. There is no material on the record to connect her with the alleged crime. Petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25037 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 25.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34580 of 2017. Learned counsel has produced the web copy of the aforesaid order. Let it be kept on record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Nalanda P.S.
