This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Pear P.S. Case No. 33/2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 1759/17, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the First Information Report, I notice that there is some dispute between the petitioners and the informant, civil in nature which resulting into the occurrence. Considering the genesis of occurrence and nature of injury, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46257 of 2017 (2) dt.07-11-2017 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistratecum-Sub Judge Vth, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Pear P.S. Case No. 33/2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 1759/17, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
