JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-10-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge that portion of the order dated 20.12.2024, which is not in favour of the petitioner and which has been passed by the Principal Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, in compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.1.2024, passed in CWJC No. 310 of 2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
