JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioners realized rupees twenty lacs(five lacs each) for getting four persons employed in the Indian Army.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no proof with regard to the payment to the petitioners, rather petitioners' side were cheated by the informant after realizing money for providing employment in Indian Army. Hence, petitioners' side also lodged the case against the informant, though subsequent to the present case. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55393 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 671 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
