Patna High Court MA No.248 of 2023(4) dt.24-02-2026 2/2 Accident Claim Tribunal, Naugachia (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal), in Claim Case No. 71 of 2019 'Rekha Devi and Anr. v/s ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited and others' by which compensation has been allowed against the appellant, appellant beg to move this memo of appeal on the following amongst other.
