2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 402 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated owing to inimical terms and local politics. It is submitted that the accusation is general and omnibus and the accusations of theft is mere embellishment.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged and the specific accusation that the petitioner assaulted the informant on his jaw which is corroborated from the injury report noticed in the order of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24293 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nalanda which discloses fracture of anterior and postero-lateral walls of left maxillary sinus, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
