From her own showing, the petitioner is not the allottee of government Quarter No.H-I, New Punaichak, Patna. The writ application questions the notice issued to the allottee of the said Quarter for immediate vacation thereof as the allottee, being the husband of the petitioner, has been transferred from Patna. How the wife of the allottee can maintain a writ petition and pray for quashing of the notice as also a direction to allot the Quarter to her husband or to her is beyond comprehension.
