The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019 registered under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a)/38(1) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are quite innocent. They have falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. He further submits that from perusal of Seizure List, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners.

No.25419 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
