Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phenhara P. S. case no. 70/2016 registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that when the informant and other police officials went to arrest him and while they caught the petitioner, he called others uttering "dacoits"-"dacoits" and thereafter, his supporters attacked on police party.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not
