The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Barh P. S. Case No. 384 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner and others is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34990 of 2021(2) dt.21-01-2022 2/3 of having entered the house of the informant and of misbehaving with her.

The learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that he is the grandfather of the informant. The parties come from the same stock of family. It appears that because of two of the physically disabled persons in the family being taunted at, such an occurrence has taken place.

The nature of accusation also reflects that the dispute lies somewhere else.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the background facts and taking into account that the parties are related to each other, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Barh P.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34990 of 2021(2) dt.21-01-2022 3/3 S. Case No. 384 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
