Mr.Pancha Nand Pandit ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1664 of 2016 registered under Sections 406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Further he submits that complaint case has been lodged after lapse of four years. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.25433 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VII, Darbhanga in connection with Complaint Case No. 1664 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
