The petitioner seeks bail in Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 29 of 2021 corresponding to Special Case No. 1099 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 130 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from a vehicle of which petitioner and co-accused Vikki Kumar were the occupants, who were apprehended by the police while fleeing away.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor or the vehicle. Petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2021. Investigation is complete.
