The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No.410 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. After twelve years of marriage, the petitioner is said to have killed his wife.

The couple have three grown-up children.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2023. 5.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has three children and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28834 of 2024(2) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, District- Aurangabad, in connection with Obra P.S. Case No.410 of 2023, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial.
