ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 278/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/341/323/307/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties in which injuries have been inflicted on both the sides. It is further submitted that occurrence took place on account of some difference with regard to the exchange of money and when the petitioner wanted to take material on credit.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16567 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 of the case and there being no criminal antecedent against these petitioners, let the petitioners abovenamed in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 278/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
