JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for a direction upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner as a Panchayat Teacher in Gram Panchayat Raj, Dumra (Nunaura), Block-Belsand, District-Sitamarhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi, for redressal of his grievance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22840 of 2012 (3) dt.11-09-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
