The present application arises out of an order dated 28.12.2011 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Auranagabad ( for short 'the Authority') in case no. 118 of 2011 and 367 of 2011 filed by the petitioners.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16141 of 2013 dt.29-01-2015 2/2 One of the submissions of the petitioners is that their case was not considered for appointment although they had obtained higher marks than the two of the respondents. The case of the respondents is that in spite of notice issued by the Government, the petitioners had not participated in the counseling. I have today disposed of C.W.J.C. No. 1876 of 2012 (Rabia Khatoon & Ors v. The State of Bihar & Ors.) arising out of the same order. In the light of the said order, no separate order is required to be passed in the present writ petition. It is, accordingly, disposed of.
