2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 71/2025 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024 dated 14.02.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is a young person, the so-called victim has been recovered and she has recorded her statement before the Judicial Magistrate in which she denied all the allegations and against the petitioner the investigation has been completed. It is further submitted that the victim accepted her

No.25194 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 love affair with this petitioner and to have solemnized her marriage with him and presently, she is residing in the house of the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is no requirement of notice to the informant as she herself has sworn the affidavit in this petition as Pairvikar of the petitioner.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Heard both the sides. Though against the petitioner, there is serious allegation, however, considering his custody period and the completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 71/2025 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024.
