3. The present modification application has been preferred to extend the date of surrender before learned trial court as the petitioners failed to surrender due to non-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34855 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 communication of the order because they were living outside from their village in connection of their professional commitment.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission and for the reasons stated in the petition itself, the petitioners are directed to surrender before learned trial court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
5. It is made clear that other terms and conditions, as imposed, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, shall remain intact.
6. Accordingly, the present modification petition stands allowed.
