The writ application had been filed for quashing of the order dated 15.06.2013 by which the petitioner was directed to pay deficit court fee and penalty in Stamp Case No. 61 of 2012. However, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the case in order to file statutory appeal.
