The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he was a witness to the sale deed which was fraudulently been executed by co-accused Uma Shankar Mishra in favour of his son and daughter-in-law after taking power of

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific role of the petitioner in the execution of the sale deed and petitioner only put his signature as identifier on the sale deed. The thrust of accusation is against co-accused Uma Shankar Mishra. It is further submitted that a title suit is also pending between the parties and for a civil nature of dispute, the petitioner has been roped in a criminal proceeding. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands)
