ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 543/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/ 148/149/323/324/307/380/457 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries having been inflicted on both sides. It is further submitted that the parties are willing to compromise the matter and there is no serious injury on either side and the story of theft is also purely ornamental. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16558 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 and that the parties are willing to compromise the matter, let the petitioners abovenamed in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 543/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
