Petitioner apprehends arrest in Sultanganj Police Station Case No. 30 of 2020/GR No. 609 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution's case in brief is that the petitioner was teacher of the children of the informant. Meanwhile, he developed relation with the informant and started threatening her to make viral video clippings and thus continued to make physical relation with her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is a married lady having two children and the relation was consented and continued for a year and now to extract money the instant case has been lodged. Charge sheet has also been filed in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He states that the Vitim has made specific allegation against the petitioner in her section 164 Cr.P.C. statement.
