Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamalpur (Bargaon O.P.) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409. 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a teacher and he is in custody since 24.01.2023 and the charge-sheet has been submitted by the police in this case and there is no chance of his absconding and tampering of evidence.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st, Class, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Jamalpur (Bargaon O.P.) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2023. The petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
