The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the reason for the assault, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015 pending before Smt.
