The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 224/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that he is a distributor of Telemart Company Indore. The petitioner was an agent and during the period from 01.10.2009 to 30.04.2011 the petitioner received different articles of the company, but did not make proper entry in the register. He got money from the customers, but did not pay the amount to the company.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45996 of 2016 (2) dt.28-11-2016 2/2 petitioner was working as paid employee of the company, when the petitioner demanded his wages, the informant lodged this complaint case making false and frivolous allegation. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 224/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
