The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner committed cheating of Rs. 12,00,000/- on pretext of giving distributorship of LPG gas to the informant and when informant demanded his money, he was abused and threatened by the accused persons. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per F.I.R. itself, entire money (i.e. Rs. 7,75,000/- through online mode and Rs. 4,25,000/- in cash) was paid to the Director of the said agency. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Patna in connection with Buddha Colony P.S.
