JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Two petitioners have challenged order dated 29.10.1994, passed by respondent no.2 as contained in Annexure 7. Initially petitioner no.1 died and his wife was substituted vide order dated 13.1.1998. The matter arises out of the consolidation proceeding and it concerns complicated question of facts.
In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the parties to approach the Civil court for redressal of the grievance. Needless to state that order of the revisional authority would be subject to the result of the case filed before the Civil court.
