Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly points out that clear averment has been made in the counter affidavit filed by respondent authorities that all admissible dues have been paid to the petitioner by respondent No. 3 i.e. District Animal Husbandry Officer, Siwan.

In view of the said development subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the writ petition has become infructuous. The same is dismissed as infructuous.
