The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 324 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, if at all, there was any allegation, it ought to be against the family of the said son of the informant and not this petitioner who has no concern with the family. It is further submitted that his name has been brought purely on suspicion.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16566 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 324 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
