2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 302/392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. There is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner of killing the deceased.

4. Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
