The petitioner filed the instant application for quashing of order dated 19.09.1991 passed by the Additional Collector in Bataidari Revision No. 16 of 1991-92 and the order dated 19.08.1991 passed in Bataidari Case no. 276 of 1990-91. This application is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the dismissal of this writ application would not come in the way of the petitioner for availing remedy under the law.
