The matter pertains to location of the Aanganbadi Centre. Such construction/establishment of the Centre is regulated by the guidelines. The grievance of the petitioner is that there does not exist any Aanganbadi Centre in ward no.8. If that be so, then the matter can be represented before the authority for consideration in the light of the decision/guideline of the government issued in this regard. The writ application is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a representation before the District Programme Officer, Purnia (respondent no.6). If any such representation is filed within 03 weeks, the same shall receive due consideration and disposal at the hands of the said
