Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the cause title of order dated 10.08.2017, the address of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Village -Mothahan, P.S. Goura O.P. (Marhourah), District- Saran at Chapra (Bihar)", as inadvertently same was mentioned in the petition, in place of "Village- Desari, P.S.- Bibhutipur, District-Samastipur (Bihar)" due to that reason the petitioner could not be surrendered in the court below. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the order dated 10.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 32958 of 2017 is modified only to the extent that the residence of petitioner be read as "Village- Desari, P.S.- Bibhutipur, District-Samastipur (Bihar)" in place of "Village -

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43082 of 2017 (2) dt.13-09-2017 Mothahan, P.S. Goura O.P. (Marhourah), District- Saran at Chapra (Bihar)" and the period of surrender of the petitioner is extended for further four weeks, in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2013, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur.
