2. This is an application on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of the First Information Report against the petitioner instituted against the petitioner in connection with SVU Police Station Case No.02/2021 (Special Case No.48/2021) instituted under Section 120B, 420, 409 I.P.C. as well as Section 12 read with Section 13(2) r/w Section 13(1)(b) of the Prevention of Corruption Act without any specific allegation made against the petitioner as well as not mentioning the specific defalcation made by the petitioner.

3. The FIR was registered for defalcating of Rs. 20

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.888 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 crore. The charge sheet has been submitted in the case after investigation.

4. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere in this case. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. The Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna is directed to expedite the case and conclude the trial of the case at the earliest.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Patna through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
