JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after 5 to 6 years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that on conclusion of the investigation, final form was submitted for the charges under Sections 302 and 201 of the IPC. Moreover, it is claimed by the petitioner's side that the marriage was performed more than seven years prior to death and considering the same, co-accused Ganesh Mishra and Ripu Mishra

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55628 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 54140 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 573 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
