JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 379 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners draws the attention of this Court to the order of the learned Sessions Judge which itself shows that there is land dispute between the parties and there are several cases between each other. The injury found on the prosecution party is simple in nature. Be that as it may, the petitioners above named in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall

Case no. 94 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
