Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khaira P.S. case no. 32 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302,120B and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the written report it appears that on the date of occurrence, the accused persons chased the brother of the informant armed with fire arm making indiscriminate firing. Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired which hit on the right hand thumb of the brother of the informant. Thereafter co-accused Panchu Mian made second firing which hit on his right hand but his brother continued running away. There after co-accused Rashid Mian fired which hit on his thigh

Thereafter Bhutal Yadav fired with pistol near his right kanpatti as a result of which he died on the spot It is a case of brutal murder in which brother of the informant was chased by four accused persons including the petitioner with fire arm and done to death on the spot by making indiscriminate firing. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected. Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
