In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have caused injury on the scalp of the brother of the informant, he was admitted in the local hospital, later on, he was shifted in Patna where he is struggling from death.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below without being prejudiced by this
