Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per F.I.R., three miscreants, riding on motorcycle, snatched the bag from the informant containing cash and other documents while he was going to the branch of Ujjiwan Small Finance after collecting E.M.I.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Priyam Kumar @ Aman. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has got

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P. S. Case No. 362 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
