2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(B)/25 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 3.080 Kg of Ganja from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 7.1.2025.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

8. If the trial of the petitioner is delayed due to the fault of the prosecution side then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
