The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1847 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 33/41/42 of the Indian Forest Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present prosecution against them has been initiated on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one Ravi Ranjan Verma @ Sonu who was caught at the place of occurrence and there has been no recovery from the possession of the present
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16582 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners are also not having any criminal history.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners abovenamed in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1847 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
